Professional Training Virtual Workshop
The need for feeding therapy in the pediatric population is rising and so are the number of therapists who are interested in treating pediatric feeding disorders (PFDs). Most therapists want to treat children with feeding needs, but don’t know where to begin. Not every therapist gets the opportunity to complete an internship with exposure to PFDs or even a course in graduate school that focuses on PFDs. Let’s face it, pediatric feeding therapy requires additional learning on our part as a therapist beyond what we learned in our graduate studies. This is a workshop designed for those to get started in becoming a successful hands-on feeding therapist.
This 2-hour course will introduce what you need to know before treating a child with feeding issues. Whether you are a new graduate or an experienced therapist who wants to get into pediatric feeding, this course will guide you to successfully expanding your pediatric feeding therapy career.
