What We Do

At Assential Therapies, Inc., we offer a variety of services for children aged 0-18 years of age experiencing difficulties with speech and language. Speech refers to your child’s ability to fluently produce a variety of speech sounds. Language refers to the way in which your child is understanding and using spoken language to express their thoughts, wants, and needs.

Speech-language therapy helps children learn to follow directions, use gestures meaningfully, use words and phrases clearly to communicate, ask and answer questions, use appropriate language in social situations, and more. We utilize evidence-based therapy techniques in a play-based setting to facilitate progress and success.

Our speech-language pathologists evaluate, diagnose, and provide intervention in clinic-based settings, home-based settings, and via teletherapy.

We value a family-centered approach to assessment and intervention. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to be active participants in the therapy process. Our speech-language pathologists will work with you and your family to create a treatment plan and home program that best fits your family’s needs.
