New Patient Registration

To get started as a new patient with Assential Therapies, click below to create a patient portal in our system. Then, we will contact you to schedule sessions!

  • Click on the “sign up” button to create an account
  • Register (your child) or sign up as a parent 

Note the following:

  • General Info = PATIENT
  • Contact Info = Parent/Guardian
  • Insurance Info: please upload front and back images of your insurance cards
