Kara Adamik graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with degrees in Journalism and Political Science. She moved to Chicago in 2006 and spent the majority of her career working with the elderly and their families in need of senior housing, dementia support, and hospice services.

Kara joined Assential Therapies in January of 2023. As the Community Outreach Coordinator, you might see her out and about in your community! She updates our social media accounts, participates in local events, and builds relationships with pediatricians and schools.

Her husband is a Chicago Firefighter and her daughter, Matilda, is just about the cutest 5-year-old around.
