Guadalupe, also known as Lupe, was born and raised in Chicago. Lupe joined Assential Therapies in October of 2021. As the billing specialist, she will help answer any of your questions regarding your child’s therapy benefits. She is your go-to person to help navigate the insurance benefit world of pediatric therapy.

In her free time, you might find Lupe at an arcade with her boyfriend or at brunch catching up with family.
