Baby led weaning is a popular approach to introduce your baby to solids. Most babies will lead themselves and successfully learn to eat different food textures. However, some babies fail to lead despite opportunities with appropriate food textures. This workshop will help you learn how to help your baby beyond just exposure to appropriate tastes and food textures.

This workshop will discuss babies who have difficulty progressing from drinking liquids to eating solids within the first year of life
